Large scale, site-wide rebranding and redesign of a major E-Commerce site.

Problem: Out-of-date brand on key pages throughout the site coupled with legacy, adaptive templates which were no longer supported. Personalization rules for scenarios which elicited very little visits volume proved inefficient. Challenge was aligning the pages, page owners, and strategy for moving pages into existing standards in a condensed timeframe.

Scope: Content audit, rebranding and simplification on 142 site product pages within 10 weeks
